Two years later...

 I'm embarrassed to admit that I haven't touched this blog in (gulp!) two years.  

A quick update:

• We are still fostering.  
• We still have the same two kids we had two years ago.
• We have had another foster, a baby, since last July.
• No, none of them have been adopted, BUT as of today, both kids are freed for adoption!

The little girls we had (the daughters of my former students) remained in foster care with another couple for about eight months before being returned to their mother.  As of this writing, they have been with her for a little over a year and are doing well.  I talk to mom often, and both girls recently came to our daughter's two-year-old birthday party.
